Returns & Refunds
At Studio Halo Halo, each Jing Jing (Jewel) is thoughtfully handcrafted in small quantities. We hope you love your piece, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in its original condition
- returned in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please email contact@studiohalohalo.fr with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was received.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and detailed return instructions via email.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been fulfilled (shipped).
If your order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Returns Policy.
Please note that custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are created specifically for you.
To request a cancellation, please contact contact@studiohalohalo.fr as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@studiohalohalo.fr, including photographs of the item and its packaging. We'll assess the issue as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
As many Studio Halo Halo pieces are produced in limited editions or made especially for you, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Made-to-order pieces
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different piece, simply request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that this statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made goods, or other items exempt under applicable EU consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Natural Materials & Vintage Objects
Each Studio Halo Halo Jing Jing is handcrafted using a thoughtful mix of natural materials, found objects, vintage elements, and artisan-made components. As a result, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Some pieces—such as our Kabibi Shell Necklaces—feature shells collected from nature. These may display natural variations in colour, texture, shape, or small surface markings that are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
Likewise, pieces incorporating vintage or found objects may carry subtle signs of their previous life, including gentle patina, minor irregularities, or small marks acquired over time. We believe these characteristics are part of each object's history and contribute to its unique beauty and individuality.
These natural and vintage variations are intentional features of Studio Halo Halo's design philosophy and therefore are not considered faults or grounds for a return or refund.
As every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in size, colour, stone pattern, or finish may also occur, making your Jing Jing truly one of a kind.
