Welcome to Studio Halo Halo. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us

Studio Halo Halo is an independent design studio creating handcrafted jewellery and objects designed between the Philippines and Paris.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Studio Halo Halo.

2. Products

Each Studio Halo Halo piece is handcrafted in small batches or as a one-of-a-kind object.

Many of our creations incorporate natural shells, stones, pearls, found objects and vintage components. As a result, every piece is unique and may vary in colour, shape, texture, markings or finish.

These natural variations are part of the character of each object and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

3. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Because many Studio Halo Halo pieces are handmade or one of a kind, we reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer either:

• a full refund;

• a replacement, where possible; or

• an alternative agreed upon with you.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

For customers within the European Union, prices are shown according to the applicable regulations for our business status.

Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

We accept secure payment methods offered through Shopify and its payment partners.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in exceptional circumstances, including payment issues, pricing errors or product unavailability.

7. Processing & Shipping

As each Studio Halo Halo piece is prepared by hand, please allow approximately 1–3 business days for order processing.

Some made-to-order or handcrafted pieces may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, this will be stated on the product page.

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Studio Halo Halo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or events outside our control.

8. Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

Returned items must be approved before being sent back and must be returned in their original condition.

Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@studiohalohalo.fr with your order number and photographs of the item.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

11. Care of Your Piece

Studio Halo Halo pieces are handcrafted using natural and delicate materials.

To prolong the life of your jewellery:

• avoid water, perfume, lotions and household chemicals;

• avoid impacts and excessive pulling;

• store your piece in its Studio Halo Halo pouch when not in use.

Damage caused by normal wear, accidental damage or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, illustrations, branding, text and content on this website are the property of Studio Halo Halo and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Halo Halo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
