Each Studio Halo Halo Jing Jing is carefully handcrafted and packed in our Paris studio. As every piece is made by hand, preparing your order takes a little time—and a lot of care.

Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays will be prepared on the next business day.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

• France & European Union: 3–5 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your destination and local postal services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be charged upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@studiohalohalo.fr within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll do our best to help locate your parcel and find the best possible solution.
